We are also proud to highlight some of our 2019 industry contributions:

  • Jeff Stein was the lead author for multiple major improvements in demand control ventilation, occupied standby controls, and transfer air for exhaust air makeup in Title 24-2019 and similar measures in ASHRAE Standard 90.1.
  • ASHRAE Standard 90.4 (Data centers) was published. Jeff Stein and Adam Williams spearheaded a major improvement in the minimum required efficiency for mechanical systems serving data centers.
  • ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2019 was published. Steve Taylor is a SSPC voting member.
  • Steve Taylor authored three ASHRAE Journal Articles as part of his shared column. Steve and his co-authors have recently passed on the torch for this column.

Half-Day Short Course: Guideline 36 | Best in Class HVAC Control Sequences

Steve will be teaching a course on Guideline 36, including the research underlying the current sequences and ongoing and planned future research intended to develop additional advanced sequences for other HVAC system types.
